Focus Gacha (the “App”) respects user privacy and is committed to complying with Apple App Store privacy disclosure requirements, Family Control guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects user data.
1.1 Personal Data and Usage Data
The App does not proactively collect personally identifiable information, including but not limited to names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
As the App uses Apple Family Control–related features, all focus sessions, accumulated items, and progress data are stored locally on the user’s device only and are not uploaded to the App’s own servers.
1.2 Purchase Records (Subscription Information)
When a user purchases a subscription within the App, the App processes related information through the Apple App Store and a third-party subscription management service, RevenueCat.
The App may process the following types of purchase-related data:
Subscription status (active or inactive)
Subscription product identifier
Subscription expiration date
This data is used solely to verify and manage subscription features.
The App does not collect or store any payment method information. All payment transactions are handled entirely by the Apple App Store.
The App uses relevant data only to the extent necessary, for the following purposes:
Verifying and managing subscription status
Enabling or disabling subscription-based features
Ensuring normal operation and stability of the App
Preventing errors, abnormal behavior, or misuse
Providing customer support services
Purchase-related subscription data may be used in an aggregated and de-identified manner for internal analytics, in order to:

The App uses RevenueCat as a third-party service for subscription management and subscription-related analytics.
When a user makes a subscription purchase, purchase-related data (such as subscription status, product identifiers, and expiration dates) may be transmitted to RevenueCat solely for the purposes of:

Enabling subscription features within the App
Providing aggregated and de-identified subscription and business analytics
RevenueCat does not use this data for advertising purposes, nor does it share the data for cross-app tracking or targeted marketing.
The App does not engage in “Tracking” as defined by Apple, including but not limited to:
Linking user data with third-party apps, websites, or offline data sources
Sharing data with data brokers or advertising networks
Using data for targeted advertising or ad performance measurement
Requesting or using the Advertising Identifier (IDFA)
The App and any third-party services it uses (including RevenueCat) process data solely for App functionality and internal analytics purposes.
