At FocusFlow, we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled when you use the FocusFlow - Study Timer mobile application (the "App").
No Data Collection FocusFlow is a fully offline application.
We do not collect, store, upload, or transmit any personal data, usage statistics, or device identifiers.
There are no registration forms, accounts, or cloud database synchronizations.
Local Device Storage All data related to your study sessions, statistics, streaks, and unlocked badges is saved locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences storage.
This data remains on your physical device at all times.
You can clear this data at any time through the Settings menu inside the App or by clearing the App's cache/storage in your Android system settings.
Local Permissions Used FocusFlow requests the following local system permissions:
Notifications: Used exclusively to trigger alerts (sound and vibration) when a study or break session finishes. These notifications are generated locally on your device and do not connect to external servers.
Vibration: Used to provide haptic feedback when starting/stopping the timer and when alert notifications occur.
No Third-Party Services We do not integrate any third-party software development kits (SDKs), advertising networks, analytical tools (such as Google Analytics), or online APIs. The App contains no advertisements.
Children's Privacy Because we collect no personal information of any kind, our App is safe for children and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Changes to this Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
