1. 我們收集的資料 (Information Collection) 為了提供時間追蹤與「專注模式」的網站阻擋功能，FocusTide 需要讀取您當前造訪的網址 (URL) 以及您在該網頁的停留時間。 To provide time tracking and site-blocking features in "Focus Mode," FocusTide needs to read the URLs of the websites you visit and the duration of your stay.
2. 資料儲存與安全 (Data Storage & Security) 您的隱私是我們的首要考量。FocusTide 收集的所有瀏覽記錄、統計數據與封鎖清單設定，皆 100% 儲存在您瀏覽器的本地端 (Local Storage) 中。本擴充功能「不會」連接任何外部伺服器，也不會將您的任何資料上傳或傳輸至雲端。 Your privacy is our top priority. All browsing history, statistics, and blocklist settings collected by FocusTide are stored 100% locally within your browser. This extension does not connect to any external servers, nor does it upload or transmit any of your data to the cloud.
3. 資料分享與轉移 (Data Sharing & Transfer) 我們絕不會將您的使用者資料、瀏覽記錄或個人識別資訊販售、交易或轉移給任何第三方機構。我們也不會基於與本擴充功能單一用途（時間管理與專注）無關的目的來使用您的資料。 We will never sell, trade, or transfer your user data, browsing history, or personally identifiable information to any third parties. We also do not use your data for any purposes unrelated to the single purpose of this extension (time management and focus).
4. 使用者控制權 (User Control) 您擁有對自己資料的完全控制權。您可以隨時透過 FocusTide 的「設定 (Settings)」面板，點擊「清除所有資料」按鈕，永久刪除所有的歷史追蹤紀錄。此操作無法復原，且由於資料僅存在本地端，我們也無法為您還原。 You have full control over your data. You can permanently delete all historical tracking data at any time by clicking the "Clear All Data" button in the FocusTide "Settings" panel. This action cannot be undone, and because the data is stored only locally, we cannot restore it for you.
