1. Introduction Welcome to Focus Pipe (the "App"), developed by Soft Trump Software Solutions. We are dedicated to helping you reclaim your focus and manage distractions. This App is built on a "Privacy-First" foundation, ensuring that your distracting thoughts stay entirely between you and your device.
2. Data Collection & Usage
Local-Only Storage: Focus Pipe is a local-only application. All thoughts, drafts, and unlock timestamps are stored exclusively on your device's internal storage using AsyncStorage.
Zero Data Transmission: We do not operate any backend servers or cloud databases. Your thoughts are never collected, tracked, or transmitted to us or any third parties.
Work-Hour Logic: The App uses your device's local clock to determine the 09:00 to 17:00 "Vault Lock" window. No time data is shared externally.
3. Permissions
Haptics: The App uses your device's haptic engine to provide tactile feedback when you "pipe" a thought or interact with the Vault.
No Sensitive Access: Focus Pipe does not request or require access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or personal files.
4. Third-Party Services Focus Pipe is a clean, distraction-free tool. We do not use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), data brokers, or advertising SDKs. We do not track how many thoughts you save or when you use the app.
5. Data Control & Deletion You have absolute control over your information:
Manual Purge: You can clear all stored thoughts from the Vault screen at any time, which permanently removes them from your local storage.
Full Reset: You can erase all App data by clearing the storage/cache in your device settings or by uninstalling the App. Once uninstalled, the local storage file is removed by the operating system and cannot be recovered.
