9.1 Use of Accessibility Service API
Our application uses the Android AccessibilityService API to support its core productivity features (Focus Mode / App Locking).
- Purpose: The Accessibility Service monitors when an application is opened (via window state change events). If a blocked application is launched during an active Focus Mode session, the service prevents access to the application and redirects the user back to the Focus Lock screen.
- Data Privacy & Collection: The Accessibility Service does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal, sensitive, or user-identifying data. It operates purely locally on your device to execute the app-blocking functionality.
- Consent & Control: Users must explicitly grant the Accessibility permission in the system settings. This permission can be revoked by the user at any time.

- User preferences and settings are retained as long as the Application is installed
- Temporary data may be cleared periodically
- Log files are typically retained for 30 days
