FocusFlow is designed with a privacy-first, offline-only architecture:

• We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers

• All data remains entirely on your device

• We do not use analytics, ads, or tracking tools

• We do not know who you are

FocusFlow does not collect, store, or process any of the following:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, etc.)

• Location data

• Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, etc.)

• Usage analytics or crash reports

• Contacts, camera, microphone, or file access data

• Payment or financial information

The app also does not require an internet connection.

4. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

All data you enter into FocusFlow is stored locally on your device only, using secure app storage (Hive database and Android SharedPreferences).

This data never leaves your device.

• XP points and level

• Login streak

4.2 Tasks

• Task title, priority, due date

• Completion status and timestamps

4.3 Habits

• Habit names

• Daily completion logs

• Streak tracking

4.4 Focus Sessions

• Session type (focus/break)

• Duration and completion time

• Used for tracking focus minutes and XP

4.5 Mood Tracking

• Mood emoji

• Optional notes

• Date and time

4.6 Activity Log

• Record of in-app activities (tasks, habits, sessions, moods)

4.7 Home Screen Widget Data

• Limited data (e.g., tasks, streak, mood, XP)

• Stored in private SharedPreferences for widget display

• Not accessible to other apps

4.8 App Settings

• Timer configurations

• Notification preferences

5. Permissions

FocusFlow requests only minimal permissions necessary for functionality:

5.1 Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)

Used to send reminders for tasks, habits, and focus sessions

FocusFlow does not request access to:

• Internet

• Camera

• Microphone

• Contacts

6. Third-Party Services

FocusFlow does not use any third-party services, including:

• Analytics platforms

• Advertising networks

• Crash reporting tools

• Social login systems

No data is shared with any third party.

7. Children’s Privacy

FocusFlow does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region).

Since all data is stored locally on the device and never transmitted, the app presents minimal privacy risk.

Any data entered can be deleted at any time by the user.

Your data is protected by:

Because we do not store data externally:

Your data remains on your device until you remove it.

You can delete data at any time:

• In-App: Settings → Reset Data

• Device Settings: Clear App Data

• Uninstalling the App: Removes all data

We do not retain any copies.

Updates will be reflected:

• Within the app

• On the Google Play Store listing

Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
