Welcome to FocusFlow – Daily Productivity Planner ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application. By using FocusFlow, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.
FocusFlow does not collect any personal information.
All data you enter in the App — including tasks, habits, focus sessions, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device using Android's local storage (SharedPreferences). This data is never transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party.

FocusFlow does not request any device permissions. The App does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, storage, location, or any other device feature. You can verify this in your device's App Settings.
All app data is stored locally on your device. This includes:
Your tasks and their completion status
Your daily habits and streak counts
Your focus session history
Your in-app preferences
This data never leaves your device and is completely under your control. You may delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the App.
FocusFlow does not integrate any third-party services, including:
No advertising networks
No analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics or Firebase)
No crash reporting tools
No social media integrations
No payment processors
FocusFlow is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we collect no personal data whatsoever, the App is safe for use by children.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's built-in security features (such as screen lock and encryption). We recommend keeping your device secure and updated.
Since FocusFlow does not collect or store any personal data on external servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. You have full control over your data directly on your device. You may delete all app data by uninstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
