This policy applies to the Android app Focus: ADHD Task Manager , a local task manager designed to help with everyday focus. We do not operate user accounts, websites that log visitors for this app, or any backend that receives app data.
None. Focus does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to us or to any third party. There are no servers, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, and no crash reporting.
Because the app is not granted internet access, it cannot send data off the device.
Content you create is saved only in the app’s private storage on your phone or tablet, including:
Tasks and task groups you add
Completion history used for Progress
Reminder times you choose
Settings such as text size, appearance, haptics, and whether onboarding is complete
This storage is sandboxed by Android and is not readable by other apps. It is never uploaded.
Focus requests only the following permissions:
Notifications — to show the task reminders you schedule.
Vibration — for optional haptic feedback when you complete or add tasks.
Run at startup — to restore scheduled reminders after the device restarts, so they are not lost.
These permissions are used only for the purposes above. You can deny notifications; the rest of the app still works.
Focus does not include advertising SDKs, analytics, crash reporters, social logins, or other tracking software. No third party receives data from this app.
Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for this app. Your tasks are not copied to Google Drive or automatically moved to a new phone. Uninstalling Focus permanently deletes all of its data on that device.
You can delete individual tasks inside the app at any time. To remove everything, clear the app’s storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the app. Because nothing is stored off your device, you do not need to contact us to delete data.
Focus does not collect data from anyone, including children. The app is not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the app, you can uninstall it to remove all local data.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting how data is handled will also be noted in the app’s Play Store release notes.
