I am an Economist and Assistant Director in the Division of International Finance at the Federal Reserve Board, a CEPR Research Fellow and Fellow of CESifo, Munich.
In 2020, I was elected into Capital's Top 40 Under 40. In 2023, I was among the top 30 German-speaking economic researchers under 40 according to WirtschaftsWoche.
My research interests include international finance and banking, financial intermediation, and international macro.
