This is the jumpscare sound from Five Nights at Freddy's. This FNAF sound effect is also known as "XSCREAM". The origin for the sound is from a scene from the 1981 British science fiction horror film, Inseminoid, where a woman named Sandy (played by English film, stage, and television actress Judy Geeson.) gives birth to a baby alien.

In the Ruin DLC, Cassie not only must avoid animatronics, but other obstacles that can lead to her fate. Apart from a few animatronics, the jumpscare animations are different and more elaborate from the base game, with most of them showing Cassie's arms. This makes it clearer that the protagonist tries to defend herself while experiencing the last horrifying sight she will ever see.

However, during certain parts, if certain conditions are not met, he will jumpscare and kill the player. Specifically, Glamrock Freddy will attack the player if Gregory is inside Freddy when his power runs out. He will also attack the player if they fail to obey the command or misclick a button in Parts & Service. The scream in this section is replaced with an eerie static sound.

Chica seems to be the one who is patrolling the most out of all of the animatronics. She may hunt Gregory in some restricted areas as well as one of the atriums. After her voicebox is removed, her jumpscare changes: instead of screaming directly in Gregory's face, her head rotates robotically, and sharp, electronic static is heard in place of the typical scream.

Roxy is commonly seen around the PizzaPlex and will charge at the player when she gets close. After her eyes have been removed, she is blind and relies purely on sound cues. Also, she can no longer be stunned by the Fazerblaster or Faz-Cam.

Monty is rarely seen guarding the main areas and spends most of the time in his main attraction. He seems to jump forward quickly at the player to attack. After his claws are removed, his jumpscare changes: instead of picking up Gregory and screaming, he will drag him onto the ground and rotate him while biting at his face. This maneuver is very similar to a crocodile death roll.

Sun does not kill Gregory after a jumpscare. However, Moon will appear after the lights are turned off in the Daycare and near the start of each hour. If the player lingers too closely to Moon, he will say "Knock, knock," turning his eyes bright red and moving rapidly on his hands to attack Gregory. If the player takes too long to find a recharge station before the start of the next hour, Moon will instantly jumpscare the player regardless of where they are. Hiding inside Glamrock Freddy does not protect Gregory from Moon.

The Glamrock Endos cannot move if the player is facing them. However, they will move quite fast without stopping for so long as Gregory is not facing them. Some endos appear deactivated at first, and are completely harmless, unless a loud noise such as a present box opening triggers them to wake up. If the player does not keep a close eye on the Endos, they will move behind Gregory and jumpscare him. They do not scream: instead, only robotic sounds from their frame can be heard.

DJ Music Man is initially sleeping until Gregory starts the safety protocols in the West Arcade. This is when he becomes hostile, signified by the theme he blasts throughout the area. Coming into any contact with DJ Music Man at this point will cause a jumpscare to occur. The last thing the player hears is a scream accompanied by a bass drop before Gregory is violently hurled into his gaping jaws.

Usually, S.T.A.F.F. Bots do not kill Gregory after a jumpscare. They instead sound an alarm, alerting other animatronics to his location. However, if Gregory falls into a pit in the sewers, a group of Alpha S.T.A.F.F. Bots will jumpscare him while dragging him down with them. The jumpscare sound that plays is accompanied by a faint audio from Nightmare and Nightmarionne's jumpscare.

When the player first enters the area where they are required to receive a map, a Map Bot will suddenly jumpscare the player, but does not result in a game over or cause alert to the other animatronics, but rather, it gives Gregory the map.

Vanny is seen dancing around in the atriums and in the dump, causing a glitchy static to fill the screen when she is nearby. If she catches Gregory, she will pick him up and carry him to his doom. The jumpscare sound that plays is slightly distorted.

Vanessa patrols the main atrium where the animatronics normally reside. She uses her flashlight to spot Gregory. If she catches the boy, she will jumpscare him, and he will be sent to the Lost and Found room on the first scripted jumpscare. If Gregory is caught by Vanessa again, the player receives a Game Over. Strangely, despite being one of the only humans roaming the PizzaPlex, the jumpscare sound played is the same as the animatronics.

Tangle appears in the ruins of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place. If the player gets too close to it without being inside Glamrock Freddy, it will instantly jumpscare Gregory. During the Burntrap boss fight, its tentacles will appear from the grates scattered through the room. Coming into contact with them will result in a jumpscare. Oddly enough, it does not make the same screech that it makes when confronting Burntrap but rather, has the same scream as a normal animatronic.

While it doesn't have a jumpscare, it does appear at random times when using the Security Mask for too long. However, it does have a chance to cause a "jumpscare" upon spawning near the player. When getting too close to it, it will cause a static effect to appear on the screen, while also alerting any nearby animatronics of the player's presence. If the player stands too close to the Entity for too long, it will ultimately force the mask down and kill the player instantly via a nearby animatronic.

Prototype Glamrock Freddy is the main enemy that roams the ruins of Fazer Blast. After being woken up by the player, it will cause a chase throughout the maze. If the player is too slow, Prototype Glamrock Freddy will catch up and immediately cause a jumpscare.

Prototype Glamrock Freddy shows up shortly after the chase in an area housing the final inhibitor, bursting through a wall and slowly walking towards the player, where they will need to equip the Security Mask to evade the robot. Failing to do so will cause it to catch the player and kill them with a jumpscare.

Unlike many other things that may kill the player, this Driver Assist Cart does not have a jumpscare. It only runs the player over if you don't move out of the way. If it hits the player, it will not play a jumpscare, only cause the static that plays after a normal jumpscare.

The Mimic is an important antagonist in the Ruin DLC, guiding the player throughout the now-disheveled Mega Pizzaplex. Players only encounter them during the end, where it reveals itself as the guide pretending to be Gregory all along. After attempting to finally kill the player, it is slowed down by Roxanne, who attempts to help the player. The Mimic comes out as the victor in battle and causes a chase. During the chase, players must follow the lead of the voice of the actual Gregory on the other side of a walkie-talkie. However, if the player is too slow, or fails to follow Gregory's lead, The Mimic will catch up and jumpscare the player. 9af72c28ce
