SARAN m
Mr. SARAN M is a material researcher who specializes in the field of thermoelectrics and Silicide-based materials. He began working as a Research Scholar in the Functional Material and Energy Device Laboratory (FMED) at SRM Institute of Science and Technology (formerly known as SRM University) in January 2022. He completed his master’s degree in Physics from Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science (SRMV), Bharathiyar University Coimbatore, and his bachelor’s degree in Physics from Gobi Arts and Science College. In FMED he is experienced and equipped to handle ball milling, hot press and vacuum sealing unit. Saran's research interests are in improving the thermoelectric characteristics with investigation of Silicide-based materials for sustainable energy harvesting thermoelectric applications. He presented his findings at a number of prestigious conferences and seminars.
