This is hands-down the most complicated, most time-consuming, most rewarding artwork I've ever made! My partner was directing Willy Wonka Jr. and I was stage managing, and we worked on most of the set design together in our community theater. She had asked me to design this big, elaborate backdrop for the show, and while she spent the time fundraising for it, I took the notes she wanted and designed it in 12 hours across multiple days (and some time spent during my college orientation)! Getting to see my work displayed so proudly for cast and audience alike to see was such a highlight in my little side hustle.
