Night Float

• Plan on being up all night admitting patients, delivering babies, answering pages, and managing patients in the hospital, etc. 

• You will round on patients on Weekend & Holiday mornings - every effort is made to get you home quickly.

• Do H&P’s as you admit patients.

• Please fill out the evaluations, we treat them very seriously.  Improvements to this rotation have occurred because of candid feedback from residents.

Please remember to use your upper level resident and attending for support (medically and mentally).  We are here to help and are a resource for making the most of your rotation.
