Research – Molecular mechanisms of ion channel and transporters operation

I’m pursuing transmembrane proteins structure-function relationship by means of a multi-pronged approach, combining cutting edge technologies in the field of scanning probe microscopy (namely high-speed single molecule force spectroscopy and high-speed atomic force microscopy imaging) to well established tools like molecular biology and electrohysiology.

At the following link you will find Matlab scripts to import RIBM HS-AFM file formats .asd in Matlab (currently only asd versions 0 and 1 are supported), convert them into multi-page tiff, and perform some basic automated processing.
