PhD Student in Legal Studies, Bocconi University
I am a PhD Candidate in Civil Law at Bocconi University, where my research mainly focuses on civil law and digital inheritance.
I am a qualified lawyer in Italy enrolled in the Padova Bar Association.
I hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Southern California (Gould School of Law), where I studied among others inheritance law, mergers and acquisitions and business organizations, and a Law degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan), graduating cum laude with a thesis on digital inheritance and the right to be forgotten.
My research interests focus on civil and business law, digital assets, and the legal implications of technology on inheritance and corporate structures.
My current work explores how legal systems can adapt to the challenges posed by digital succession and the evolving nature of property and data rights in a digitalized society.
During my traineeship period, I worked for WithersWorldwide in the Corporate, Real Estate and Inheritance Law Team.
