Welcome to "AI Flyer Poster Maker Studio" ("we", "our", or "us"). We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data. This Privacy Policy specifically addresses Apple Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i) to ensure you understand exactly what data we collect, how we collect it, what we use it for, and with whom it is shared.
1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
1.1. Text Prompts (User Input): The only personal or user-generated data our application ("App") collects from you is the text descriptions (prompts) that you proactively type into the text fields within the App.
1.2. How it is Collected: This data is collected strictly through your direct, manual input when you tap the "Generate" button. We do not collect background data, location, contacts, or scrape your device.
1.3. Photo Library Access: The App requests permission to add photos to your Photo Library solely to save the AI-generated images that you explicitly choose to download. We do not read, scan, upload, or modify any of your existing personal photos.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
2.1. Generating Designs: We use your text prompts strictly for one purpose: to instruct Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to generate the flyer, poster, or promotional ad images that you requested.
2.2. No Alternative Uses: Your text prompts are NOT used for targeted advertising, marketing, profiling, tracking, or any other alternative purpose.
3. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES AND DATA SHARING
To provide the core functionality of generating high-quality visuals from your text, the App must transmit your text prompts to specialized third-party AI service providers.
Before any data is transmitted, the App clearly discloses these third parties in an in-app consent screen, and requires your explicit permission. We share your text prompts with the following specific third-party AI services:
3.1. OpenAI, L.L.C.: Your text prompt is sent to OpenAI's API to enhance, structure, and translate your simple idea into a highly detailed image generation prompt.
3.2. Replicate Inc. / Black Forest Labs: The enhanced text prompt is then securely transmitted to Replicate's API (utilizing Black Forest Labs' models) to render the final photorealistic image.
4. GUARANTEE OF EQUAL PROTECTION
We confirm and guarantee that the third-party AI services listed above (OpenAI and Replicate) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. We do not share any personal identifiers (such as your name, email, or device ID) with these third-party AI services—only the anonymous text strings you provide for image generation. Furthermore, these third-party APIs are contractually bound not to use your API inputs to train their public models.
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- In-App Storage: Generated images and history are stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, this local data is deleted.
- Third-Party Retention: Text prompts sent to OpenAI and Replicate via their Enterprise/Developer APIs are held strictly for short-term abuse monitoring (maximum 30 days) and are permanently deleted thereafter. They are not retained for model training.
6. SECURITY
We implement reasonable and industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption, to protect the transmission of your text prompts between your device, our servers, and the third-party AI services.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
