How to Spend My Miles

1. Eligibility: Once you book your first flight with us, your profile will be created in our dedicated passenger system and our Customer Experience Management System. This allows us to access the exact number of miles associated with your user ID or username.

2. Flight Booking: When you are ready to book a flight with any airline within the Emirates Airlines Group™, the flight schedule will display the number of miles required to secure a seat in either Business or First Class.

3. Using Miles for Booking: To redeem your miles, you can utilize our booking system, which includes an option to apply your miles towards your flight purchase. Simply select this option during the booking process.

4. Customer Care Assistance: If you encounter any issues or find that the option to use your miles is unavailable, please reach out to our dedicated Customer Service Department.
