How to Earn Miles?

Earning miles with Emirates Airlines Group™ is a straightforward process, primarily achieved by participating in our scheduled flights. Here’s how it works:

1. Flight Attendance: Each time you attend a flight, your participation is monitored by a designated Flight Dispatcher or Flight Manager. They maintain a list of all passengers on the scheduled flights to ensure accurate record-keeping.

2. Flight Reviews: After completing your flight, you have the opportunity to earn miles by submitting a flight review. Flight reviews can be made here. This review process is essential for enhancing our services and ensuring an exceptional travel experience for all passengers.

3. Miles Allocation: Upon successfully submitting a flight review, you will be credited with miles by our dedicated Customer Experience Staff, once they are available. The number of miles awarded will depend on the duration of the flight you attended, as follows:

   • Short Haul Flights (up to 3 hours): Earn 500 miles

   • Medium Haul Flights (3 to 6 hours): Earn 1,000 miles

   • Long Haul Flights (over 6 hours): Earn 2,000 miles

These miles can be redeemed across all airlines associated with the Emirates Airlines Group™, maximizing your travel benefits.
