Fly Circle (the "App") respects your privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea where relevant.
This policy is published on Google Sites and linked from the App Store, Google Play, and within the App via the public URL above.

The App does not collect account registration details, real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or GPS location data.
You use the service through anonymous sign-in (Firebase Anonymous Auth) without creating a separate account.
The following information is automatically collected or generated to run the App, support gameplay, and provide leaderboards and statistics.
Identifiers
• Anonymous user ID (Firebase UID) — to identify users and link scores and profiles
Profile
• Auto-generated nickname — displayed on leaderboards
Gameplay data
• Score, play duration, attempt count, play timestamp — record keeping, leaderboards, and statistics
Device information
• OS (iOS/Android), OS version, device model, manufacturer, app version, locale, country code (from device settings), physical-device flag — service stability, fraud prevention, and statistics
Session
• Client session ID — prevents duplicate score submissions
Usage records
• First use, last login, and last play timestamps — service operation and statistics
Country code is derived from the device's language/region (Locale) settings, not from GPS or other location permissions.
When the network connection is unstable, the following may be stored locally on your device to defer score submission:
• Pending score submission data
• Minimal gameplay progress data such as attempt count
This information is removed after server sync or when you uninstall the App.
The App uses Google AdMob (banner and interstitial ads) and Firebase Analytics. Google and advertising partners may collect information such as:
• Advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA — depending on device and OS settings)
• IP address, device type, OS, and app version
• Ad impressions, clicks, and other ad interactions
• In-app events (game start/end, score submission, screen views, etc.)

We use collected information only for the following purposes:
1. Providing the game service — gameplay, score records, and attempt count management
2. Operating leaderboards — daily and all-time rankings (nickname, score, play information, etc.)
3. Improving service quality — error analysis, usage statistics, and feature improvements
4. Preventing abuse — detecting abnormal scores and duplicate submissions
5. Showing ads — banner and interstitial ads to support a free service
Anonymous profile and gameplay records
• Retained while you use the App
• Deleted without undue delay upon your deletion request or when no longer needed for operation
Public leaderboard records
• Retained for ranking aggregation and display
• Daily leaderboards are managed by calendar date
Analytics and advertising logs
• Retained according to Google (Firebase, AdMob) policies
Temporary on-device storage
• Removed after server sync or when the App is uninstalled
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for profit.
However, processing delegation and cross-border transfers may occur as described below to provide the service.

We require processors to handle personal information securely through contractual and other appropriate measures.
On leaderboards (daily and all-time top rankings), the following may be visible to other users:
• Nickname
• Score, play duration, and attempt count
• Play timestamp, platform (iOS/Android), and country code (for flag display)
Anonymous user IDs are not shown directly on leaderboard screens by design.
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information
• Request restriction of processing
• Withdraw consent where applicable

Because accounts are anonymous, we may ask you to provide information needed to identify your records, such as your Firebase UID stored on your device.
Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data. To delete anonymous profiles and records stored on our servers, please submit a separate request to the email above.
Depending on your region, you may also have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We will respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable law.
The App is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
If we learn that information from a child under 14 has been collected, we will verify and delete it without undue delay.
When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is fulfilled, we delete information in a way that cannot be recovered or reproduced.
• Electronic records: permanent deletion or anonymization
• On-device storage: deleted when the App is uninstalled or after sync is complete
We take the following measures to protect personal information:
• Access control through Firebase Security Rules and server-side validation (Cloud Functions)
• Encrypted communication such as HTTPS
• Minimal identification through anonymous authentication
• No collection of unnecessary personally identifiable information (real name, contact details, etc.)
The App displays ads through Google AdMob.
You can limit ad tracking or opt out of personalized ads in your iOS or Android device settings. Your ad experience may vary by OS and settings.
