This Privacy Policy explains how JAEMIN LEE (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Fluxile on iOS or Android.
This policy applies to both the Apple App Store and Google Play versions of Fluxile.
Fluxile does not require an account, registration, or login.
The following gameplay information may be stored locally on your device:
High scores and current game progress
Gems and item quantities
Selected and unlocked themes
Tutorial completion status
Difficulty settings
Sound and haptic preferences
Advertising cooldown and display status
This information is used only to provide game functionality and restore your progress.
Fluxile does not operate its own server for storing this gameplay information. Depending on your device and operating-system settings, locally stored data may be included in Apple or Google device backup and transfer services.
Fluxile uses the following Google services:
Google AdMob
Google Mobile Ads SDK
Google User Messaging Platform (“UMP”)
These services are used to display rewarded interstitial and interstitial advertisements, manage advertising consent, measure advertising performance, and prevent fraud.
Google’s advertising services may automatically collect or process information such as:
IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
Device, application, account, or advertising identifiers, where permitted
Advertising data, including advertisements viewed
App launches, taps, video views, and other interactions
Crash logs, performance information, and diagnostic data
This information may be used by Google for advertising, analytics, service improvement, and fraud prevention. Google’s current Mobile Ads disclosure describes these practices for both iOS and Android.
Google processes information according to the Google Privacy Policy and its explanation of how Google uses information from apps and sites.
Where required by applicable law, Fluxile uses Google UMP to present an advertising consent or privacy message before requesting advertisements.
If Google requires a privacy-options entry point in your region, it will be available from the app’s settings screen.

The iOS version of Fluxile does not currently request App Tracking Transparency permission. Advertising behavior and identifier availability may vary according to your device settings, region, and consent choices.
Fluxile does not directly request access to your:
Precise location
Camera or microphone
Photos or media library
Contacts
Messages
Financial information
Fluxile does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other contact information to play the game.
JAEMIN LEE does not independently sell users’ personal information.
Information may be processed or shared with Google through the advertising SDKs described above. Google’s use and sharing of that information is governed by Google’s policies and your applicable privacy and consent choices.
We may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request.
Locally stored gameplay data remains on your device until you:
Clear the app’s storage on Android
Delete the app
Reset the app or device
Remove applicable device backups
Some information may remain in Apple or Google device backups until those backups expire or are deleted according to the platform provider’s policies.
Advertising information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s own retention policies.
Because Fluxile does not provide accounts or store gameplay data on our own servers, we generally do not possess remotely stored gameplay data that can be associated with a specific user. For privacy or deletion questions, contact us using the email address below.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for the information handled by Fluxile. Gameplay data is stored using the operating system’s local application storage.
Information transmitted by third-party advertising services is handled using the security measures provided by those services, including encryption in transit where applicable.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Fluxile does not ask users, including children, to create an account or directly submit names, email addresses, or other contact information.
Advertising and consent behavior may be restricted according to applicable age-related and regional requirements. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us.
Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Such processing is governed by Google’s privacy policies and applicable data-protection requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Fluxile’s functionality, third-party services, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required, additional notice may be provided through the app or its store listing.
