Breathing Room(숨:틈, 이하 "앱")은 화·불안 등 감정이 폭주할 때 호흡과 글귀로 진정을 돕는 감정 응급처치 앱입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루는지, 제3자 서비스가 무엇을 수집하는지 설명합니다. 앱은 회원가입·로그인·자체 서버가 없습니다.
앱에서 만드는 아래 데이터는 이용자 기기 내부에만 저장되며, 개발자에게 전송되거나 수집되지 않습니다.
감정 체크인 기록(감정 종류·강도), 진정 세션 기록
필사(따라 쓴 글귀) 기록, 저장한 글귀
앱 설정(테마·언어·소리·진동 등)

Google Fonts. 앱은 표시용 글꼴을 Google 서버에서 내려받아 캐시할 수 있으며, 이 과정에서 IP 주소가 Google 에 전달될 수 있습니다.
EU/영국 등: 최초 실행 시 개인화 광고에 대한 동의를 요청할 수 있으며(Google UMP), 동의하지 않으면 비개인화 광고가 제공됩니다.
iOS: 앱은 '앱 추적 투명성(ATT)' 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 허용하지 않으면 추적 기반 맞춤 광고가 제한됩니다. 언제든 기기 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.
앱은 만 13세 미만(또는 거주 지역이 정한 연령 미만) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
로컬 데이터는 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 설정에서 즉시 초기화할 수 있습니다.
광고 식별자 관련 권리(재설정·맞춤광고 제한)는 기기 설정(Android: 광고 ID, iOS: 추적 허용)에서 관리할 수 있습니다.
EU(GDPR)·캘리포니아(CCPA/CPRA) 등 거주 지역 법률에 따른 열람·삭제·판매 거부 등의 권리가 있을 수 있으며, 문의처로 요청할 수 있습니다.
앱은 민감한 감정 기록을 서버로 보내지 않고 기기에만 저장하는 방식을 채택하여 노출 위험을 최소화합니다. 다만 인터넷을 통한 전송(광고 등)에 절대적 보안은 보장되지 않습니다.
앱은 일상적 감정 조절을 돕는 도구이며 의료 진단·치료·전문 상담을 대체하지 않습니다. 지속적·심각한 어려움이 있다면 전문가의 도움을 받으세요. 위기 상황 안내는 앱 내 설정에 상시 제공됩니다.
본 방침은 필요 시 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 갱신된 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

Breathing Room ("the App") is an emotional first-aid app that helps you calm down with breathing and short quotes when anger or anxiety floods in. This policy explains what information the App handles and what third-party services collect. The App has no account, no login, and no server of our own.
The following data you create in the App is stored only on your device and is never sent to or collected by the developer:
Emotion check-ins (emotion type and intensity), calming session records
Transcriptions (quotes you traced) and saved quotes
App settings (theme, language, sound, haptics, etc.)
This data stays on your device and can be deleted anytime via Settings > Reset records or by uninstalling the App.
To offer the App for free, we use the following third-party services, which may collect information under their own policies.
Google AdMob (ads). To serve and measure ads, it may collect and process:
Advertising identifiers and device or other IDs
IP address, device information, approximate location
App usage and interaction data (ad performance)
This information may be shared with Google and advertising partners (third parties) for advertising purposes. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses data.
Google Fonts. The App may download and cache display fonts from Google servers; your IP address may be sent to Google in the process.
EU/UK and similar regions: On first launch, the App may request consent for personalized ads (Google UMP). If you decline, non-personalized ads are shown.
iOS: The App may request App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, tracking-based personalized ads are limited. You can change this anytime in device settings.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age set by your region) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. You can reset it instantly in Settings.
You can manage advertising-identifier rights (reset / limit ad personalization) in device settings (Android: Advertising ID; iOS: Allow Tracking).
Depending on your region (e.g., EU GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete, or opt out; contact us to exercise them.
The App keeps sensitive emotion records on-device rather than sending them to a server, minimizing exposure. However, no transmission over the internet (e.g., ads) can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
The App is a tool for everyday emotion regulation and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional counseling. For ongoing or serious difficulties, please seek professional help. Crisis guidance is always available in the App's settings.
We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
