Flowtech Print and Capture is a print and scan app built and provided by Ibrahim Khalil. This policy explains what information the app collects, how that information is used, and the choices you have.
By using the app, you agree to the handling of information described in this policy. We do not use or share your information except as described here.
The app works without an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to print or scan.
The app and the third-party services it uses may collect the following:
Device and usage information. Device identifiers such as the advertising ID, device model, operating system version, app version, and how you use the app. This is used to understand usage, fix problems, and show ads.
Log data. If the app has an error, it collects data through third-party products. This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of use, and other statistics.
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you and resolve your request.
Your documents and scans stay on your device. We do not upload, view, or store your documents or scanned images on our servers.
Printing. The file you choose is sent directly from your device to the printer you select, over your local network or a USB cable.
Scanning. Scanned pages are sent from the scanner to your device and saved in the location you choose.
Printer information. To find and connect to devices, the app reads printer details such as name, model, IP address, and status. These details are stored on your device so you can reconnect, and are not sent to us.
Sharing. If you share a document from the app through another service, such as email or cloud storage, that service's own privacy policy applies.
The app asks only for the permissions its features need. You can deny or revoke any permission in your device settings, but the related feature will stop working.

Advertising. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to show personalised ads. You can reset or delete the advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, in your device settings.
Cookies. The app does not use cookies itself. Third-party code and libraries in the app may use cookies or similar identifiers to collect information and improve their services.
Service providers. We may use third-party companies and individuals to help provide the app, perform related services, or analyse how the app is used. They may access information only to perform these tasks for us, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We use commercially acceptable means to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
On your device. Documents, scans, and printer settings stay on your device until you delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
Emails to us. We keep your messages only as long as needed to handle your request.
Third-party services. Data collected by the services listed above is kept under their own retention policies.
The app may contain links to other sites. These sites are not operated by us, and we have no control over their content, privacy policies, or practices. We advise you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
The app is not intended for anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we delete it immediately.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary action.
You have the right to access, correct, object to, or erase the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email us at ibrahimk061@gmail.com.
Data on your device. Delete your documents and scans in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
Ads and analytics. Reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, in your device settings.
If you believe our processing of your personal data infringes data protection laws, you have a legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the effective date, so please review this page periodically.
