Welcome to Flowo. We are committed to providing a powerful personal finance management tool while respecting your absolute right to privacy. This policy explains how your data is handled within the Flowo iOS application.
The core philosophy of Flowo is Privacy by Design.
Local Storage: All financial data, including your accounts (USD, EUR, etc.), transactions, and budgets, is stored locally on your device.
No Server Storage: We do not own, maintain, or have access to any servers that store your personal financial information.
You Own Your Data: Since your data never leaves your device to our servers, we cannot see, sell, or share your financial history with anyone.
Flowo features an AI Assistant that helps you log transactions through natural conversation.
Local Processing: All AI interactions and natural language processing are performed locally on your device. We do not use cloud-based Large Language Models (LLMs).
Interactive Guidance: The Assistant may ask clarifying questions (such as amount, category, or date) to help extract accurate transaction details.
Zero Data Leakage: Because the AI is "offline-first," your conversation transcripts never leave your device and are never stored on any external servers.
4. Subscriptions & Premium Access Plans
Flowo requires a premium subscription to unlock unlimited access to the management dashboard, multi-currency ledgers, local AI features, and automated budget safeguards. We offer two billing tiers to fit your needs:
Annual Plan (7-Day Free Trial): New users selecting the Annual Plan receive a 7-day free trial to explore all premium features risk-free. At the end of the 7-day trial period, the subscription will automatically convert and renew at a price of $29.99 USD per year (or the equivalent in your local currency) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Monthly Access: Users selecting the Monthly Access tier are billed immediately upon purchase at a price of $4.99 USD per month (or the equivalent in your local currency) and can cancel at any time.
Payment Handling: All billing, transactions, free trials, and subscription renewals are handled securely by Apple Inc. Flowo does not have access to your credit card or bank details.
Global Pricing: Pricing may vary depending on your region, local currency conversions, and App Store taxes.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your trial or active subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Status Verification: To protect the integrity of our premium features, Flowo may periodically connect to Apple’s servers to verify your subscription status. This check is handled entirely by Apple’s secure framework. No personal financial data, account balances, or transaction histories are ever transmitted during this process.
While Flowo does not store your data, the app may interact with the following third-party services:
Apple iCloud: If you enable cloud backups, your data is stored in your personal iCloud container. This data is encrypted and managed by Apple; Flowo developers cannot access this.
Apple App Store: Basic, non-identifiable telemetry (such as crash reports) may be collected via Apple to help us improve app stability.
Since your data is on your device, its security depends on your device’s security. We recommend using FaceID/TouchID and a strong passcode on your iPhone to prevent unauthorized access to your Flowo dashboard.
You have total control over your data.
Deletion: You can delete specific transactions or accounts at any time.
Full Reset: Deleting the Flowo app from your device will permanently remove all locally stored data.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
