This Membership Agreement ("Membership Agreement") governs paid subscriptions to FlowKeyboard: Typewise AI. It supplements the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict concerning billing or subscription access, this Membership Agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
1. Membership Benefits
A paid membership may provide access to premium features such as increased or unlimited eligible AI requests, advanced polishing and correction, contextual reply suggestions, additional tones or scenarios, workspace history, and eligible Local Processing features.
The exact benefits and any fair-use limits displayed on the App Store purchase screen at the time of purchase form part of this Membership Agreement. We may improve or change benefits, provided we do not materially reduce a prepaid subscription without a lawful remedy.
2. Subscription Plans
The following reference prices apply to the United States storefront. Apple may display a localized currency, taxes, and equivalent price based on your storefront.
Weekly Membership

Monthly Membership
- USD 39.99 per month
- No free trial
- Automatically renews monthly unless canceled
Annual Membership
- USD 99.99 per year

- Automatically renews annually unless canceled
The price, billing period, trial eligibility, and any introductory offer shown in Apple's purchase confirmation screen control if they differ from this reference text.
3. Three-Day Free Trial
The 3-day free trial applies only to the Weekly Membership and only to users whom Apple determines are eligible.
When you confirm the trial, you authorize Apple to convert it automatically to a paid Weekly Membership at USD 19.99 per week, or the localized price shown by Apple, when the trial ends unless you cancel before renewal.
Apple may determine trial eligibility based on your Apple Account and previous subscriptions. Deleting the app or removing the keyboard does not cancel the trial.
To avoid a charge, cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings before the trial expires. Apple controls the exact billing time, and cancellation should be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period to avoid unintended renewal.
4. Automatic Renewal and Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless canceled. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon purchase confirmation and at each renewal. Apple may charge your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You authorize Apple to charge the payment method associated with your Apple Account. We do not directly process your payment card.
5. Managing or Canceling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select FlowKeyboard: Typewise AI.
5. Tap Cancel Free Trial or Cancel Subscription.
You can also use Apple's subscription management page where available.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Apple states otherwise. You generally retain membership access until that date. Deleting the app, deleting an account, disabling Full Access, or removing the keyboard does not cancel billing.
6. Refunds
Apple processes all App Store payments and refund requests. We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple. You may request a refund through Apple's official refund process, subject to Apple's policies and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this Membership Agreement limits mandatory refund or withdrawal rights available in your jurisdiction.
7. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. Apple will provide notice or request consent when required. A price change generally applies to a future renewal, not a period already paid for. If you do not agree to a price change, cancel before the new price takes effect.
Promotional, introductory, and regional prices may differ. Offers may be limited by storefront, account, device, date, or prior subscription history.
8. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes
Plan changes are handled through the App Store. Apple determines when a change becomes effective and whether any proration, refund, or immediate charge applies. Review Apple's confirmation screen before approving a plan change.
9. Restore Purchases
You may restore eligible purchases using the **Restore Purchases** option in the app while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restoring a purchase does not create a new charge.
10. Fair Use and Service Limits
AI features may be subject to reasonable usage, rate, safety, device, technical, or availability limits, even when described as unlimited, to prevent abuse and maintain reliable service. Any material limit should be disclosed on the purchase screen or within the app.
We may temporarily restrict abusive, automated, unlawful, or security-threatening use. We will not use fair-use limits to deny the ordinary personal use reasonably expected from the purchased plan.
11. Suspension or Termination
Your membership may be suspended if payment fails, Apple revokes the transaction, you violate the Terms of Use, or continued access creates a legal or security risk.
If we terminate a paid membership without cause before the end of a prepaid period, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law or coordinate with Apple as appropriate.
12. Service Availability
Cloud features require internet access. Local Processing requires a compatible device, supported operating system, sufficient storage, and a successful Local Model download. Supported polishing, correction, rewriting, and reply requests may then be processed on your device. Not all features or languages may be supported by the Local Model. Internet access may still be required for model downloads and updates, purchase or membership verification, purchase restoration, support, synchronization, and cloud-only features.
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable. You remain responsible for reviewing content before using or sending it.
13. Changes to This Membership Agreement
We may update this Membership Agreement. Material changes will apply prospectively, and we will provide notice where required. Changes do not alter an already purchased billing period unless permitted by law.
