Coolonder Labz respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use Flow Clean, package name com.flow.clean.file.manager.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Files and Storage Information
Flow Clean is a file management and device cleaning app. When you use features such as file scanning, duplicate file detection, junk cleaning, or file management, the App may access files, folders, file metadata, and storage usage information on your device.
Files and folders selected or scanned by the App are processed locally on your device to provide the requested feature. We do not upload the contents of your files or folders to our servers.
Information Collected Automatically
We and our service providers may collect device information, including device manufacturer, model, operating system version, language, battery status, and storage usage.
We may also collect App usage information, such as session duration, features used, and interactions with the App. Diagnostic information, such as crash logs, error reports, and performance data, may also be collected.

Storage or All Files Access may be requested to scan, organize, delete, or manage files and folders selected by you.

ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS
The App may use third party analytics and advertising services, including Google Firebase and Google AdMob.
These providers may collect device, usage, diagnostic, network, and advertising related information to help us understand App performance, detect crashes, measure advertising, and display ads.

Crash reports and diagnostic data may be retained for up to 90 days.
Support communications may be retained as necessary to respond to requests, resolve issues, and comply with legal obligations.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
