The emergence of new connected devices, called 'smart speakers' such as Google Home, Amazon Alexa, opens the door to many new possibilities. These smart speakers controlled by only voice recognition bring artificial intelligence to the heart of the home and aim to make life easier for these users: listening to music, being a hub for connected objects, searching for information online, buying / booking / communicating with e-commerce brands. As part of this professional thesis we will be interested in this new purchasing channel: the vocal commerce or also called the 'conversational commerce' (the c-commerce).
