**App:** Floorloom Memory Trails
## 1. Overview
Floorloom Memory Trails is a fully offline puzzle and memory game. Floorloom Studio designed the application to operate without user accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, purchases, or connections to developer-operated servers.
This Privacy Policy explains how the application handles information.
## 2. Information We Collect
Floorloom Memory Trails does not access, collect, upload, transmit, sell, or share personal or sensitive user data.
The application does not collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, videos, audio, files, payment information, health information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, crash reports, diagnostics, or usage analytics.
## 3. Local Application Data
The application stores only gameplay and preference information locally in its private on-device storage. This may include:
- Journey progress and completed levels;
- Endless mode best scores;
- Daily Trail completion dates;
- Gameplay statistics;
- Sound, visual, and accessibility preferences;
- Tutorial completion status; and
- Cosmetic floor-trace selections.
This local data is used only to provide gameplay, remember progress, and preserve the player's chosen settings. It is not personal data requested from the player, is not transmitted from the device, and is not accessible to Floorloom Studio.
## 4. Permissions and Device Access
The released Android application declares no Android permissions. It does not access location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, call logs, SMS, files, external storage, photos, video, audio media, Bluetooth, nearby devices, notifications, advertising identifiers, or other sensitive device capabilities.
## 5. Data Sharing and Sale
Floorloom Studio does not sell, rent, share, disclose, or otherwise transfer user data. The application has no developer-operated server, cloud synchronization, social feature, account system, or communication feature.
## 6. Third-Party Services and SDKs
The application contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, authentication service, remote-configuration service, payment service, social SDK, or other online service that collects user data.
The application is built with the Flutter and Android frameworks, which are used locally to display and operate the game. Floorloom Studio does not use those frameworks to transmit user data.
If the application is downloaded through an app store, the store operator may independently process store, installation, purchase, security, or diagnostic information under its own terms and privacy policy. Such processing occurs outside Floorloom Memory Trails and is not controlled by Floorloom Studio.
## 7. Data Security
Local game data is stored within Android's private application storage. Cloud backup and device-to-device transfer of the application's stored data are disabled. Because the application does not transmit gameplay data to Floorloom Studio, Floorloom Studio does not maintain a remote database containing player information.
No storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The application reduces exposure by requesting no permissions, collecting no personal data, and transmitting no game data.
## 8. Retention and Deletion
Local data remains on the device until one of the following occurs:
- The player uses **Settings > Reset Progress** inside the application;
- The player clears the application's storage in Android settings; or
- The player uninstalls the application.
Because Floorloom Studio does not receive or store this information on a server, there is no server-side copy to retain or delete.
## 9. Children's Privacy
Floorloom Memory Trails is not specifically directed to children under 13. The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. It contains no account creation, chat, user-generated content, targeted advertising, or external social interaction.

## 10. International Data Transfers
Floorloom Memory Trails does not transmit user or gameplay data to Floorloom Studio or to third parties. Therefore, the application does not initiate international transfers of such data.

Floorloom Studio may update this Privacy Policy if the application's features or legal requirements change. The revised policy will identify a new effective date and will be made available within the application and at the public privacy-policy URL associated with its store listing.
