Welcome to FlockMate — Goat & Sheep Tools.
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how FlockMate handles information when you use our mobile application.
FlockMate is a livestock calculator application designed to help goat and sheep farmers perform calculations such as profit and loss, estimated animal weight, pregnancy due dates, feed expenses, animal age, and break-even selling prices.
FlockMate is designed to operate offline and does not require users to create an account.
FlockMate is designed to work without collecting personal information through its core calculator functions.
Users are not required to provide their name, email address, phone number, physical address, or account credentials to use the application.
The application allows users to enter calculation information such as:
Animal purchase and selling prices
Feed expenses and quantities
Animal weight measurements
Animal birth and mating dates
Number of animals
Other livestock-related calculation inputs
These inputs are processed locally on the user's device to produce calculation results.
Under the intended offline implementation, this information is not transmitted to servers operated by the developer.
FlockMate may save the following preferences on your device:
Selected currency
Preferred weight measurement unit
Preferred length measurement unit
Selected appearance or theme
These preferences help provide a consistent experience when the application is reopened.
Preferences are stored locally on the device rather than in a developer-operated online account.
Information entered into FlockMate is used to:
Perform requested livestock calculations
Display calculation results
Apply selected measurement units and currency formatting
Remember application preferences
Support user-initiated sharing of calculation results
FlockMate does not require account registration to access its core features.
FlockMate includes an optional feature allowing users to share calculation results using other applications installed on their devices.
When a user chooses to share a result, the selected information is passed to the Android sharing interface.
The user chooses the receiving application and recipient.
Any information shared through a third-party application is subject to that application's privacy practices.
FlockMate does not automatically send calculation results to third parties as part of its intended offline functionality.
FlockMate's core calculator features are designed to function without an internet connection.
The intended version does not use advertising networks, third-party analytics, cloud databases, or developer-operated servers to process calculations.
Certain functions initiated by users, such as opening an external privacy policy webpage or sharing information through another application, may involve external services.
Such services operate under their own privacy policies.
Application preferences may remain stored on your device until they are changed, cleared, or removed.
FlockMate does not require a cloud account and is not designed to maintain a server-side history of individual livestock calculations.
Users can generally remove locally stored application information by clearing the application's storage through Android settings or uninstalling the application.
Uninstalling the application does not delete information that a user has independently shared or saved through other applications.
FlockMate is designed to minimize privacy risks by processing its core calculations locally.
The application does not require users to submit personal identification information to use its calculator features.
Locally stored information is subject to the security protections and settings of the user's device.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
FlockMate is designed as a practical agricultural utility for livestock owners, farmers, and other users interested in animal husbandry.
The application is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
FlockMate does not intentionally request personal information from children through its core calculator functions.
If you have concerns relating to children's privacy, please contact us.
FlockMate provides general calculation tools for informational and farm-planning purposes.
Animal weight estimates and pregnancy due dates are approximate and may differ from actual outcomes.
The application does not provide veterinary diagnoses, prescriptions, or professional medical treatment recommendations.
Users should consult a qualified veterinarian when making decisions involving animal health, medication, pregnancy complications, or animal welfare.
