P + / P- and arrows - change channel

UP - to select a category or change a channel

DOWN - to select a category or change a channel

Press (OK) during live channel broadcast - display channel information bar

SELECT (OK) - to load the channel list in playback mode

RETURN - hides the channel list and the information bar; returns to the channel list or home

PLAY / PAUSE / STOP - play / pause / stop stream / video (video player output)

EXIT - exit the application

RED - settings in the main list; select the audio / HLS track in the stream / video

YELLOW - add to favorite in main list; add to favorite in series and movies.

BLUE - switch from main list to movies and series

HOW TO CHANGE THE AUDIO TRACK

When a movie or series is playing, you can change the language with the red button;

It will show you a menu where you can find the audio language. In this section you can switch between the languages.

HOW TO CHANGE THE SUBTITLES:

When you are watching a movie, you can use the red button to add or remove subtitles.

FLIX APP and no administrator helps you to find a good playlist. Also, we do not provide any type of playlists. We are not responsible for the content uploaded to our APP.

Please do not purchase the app when you do not have a playlist or media for the app, as no channels are included after activation of this app. Your payment will not be refunded if you buy it without a playlist or if something goes wrong.

My MAC address changed after I switched to another type of connection.

Each TV has 2 MAC addresses (the first is WiFi, the second is Ethernet) and a second MAC is automatically activated after switching to another type of connection and restarting the application. The MAC address is unique for each TV and cannot be changed manually.

Why does the application freeze at startup?

Because the application every time you start it, you have to load the list from your source server or providers.

Can I change the background image of the APP ?

Yes, under the settings you can find other themes. There are 3 themes for you!

Why doesn't the application work when the PLAYLIST was running on my computer?

This may be due to the ISP lockout if your computer is on a different network. But when the network is the same as your computer and it doesn't work, it may be due to the format supported by your TV. Not all Smart-TVs support all content. Each TV model is totally different or may not support specific stream formats!

Why can't I start the application?

This may be due to your internet connection, please check your internet connection first before contacting your provider. Many times it is due to the connection and not the provider!

Does the FLIX application have an EPG-SYSTEM?

No, the application did not have a built-in EPG system, but if our provider has an EPG - READY system, it would work with our platform.
