Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Art Games: Masterpieces (the "App").
1. Publisher
Publisher: Özlem Özmen Okur
Privacy contact: ibs.litingo@gmail.com
The Publisher is the data controller where applicable.
2. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13 or below the applicable digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
3. Information handled by the App
Local app data
The App does not require an account. The following may be stored locally on your device:
- daily free-game and rewarded-ad allowances
- scores, achievements, streaks, and game progress
- settings, language, and sound preferences
- subscription verification state
- custom-puzzle records
If you voluntarily select an image for My Puzzles, the App processes and stores a local copy for that puzzle. The image is not uploaded to the Publisher, Google AdMob, or a custom server. You can delete custom puzzles in the App.
Apple or Android backup services may preserve or restore some local data according to your device and account settings. The Publisher does not control those services.
Advertising data
The free version displays banner and optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. Google Mobile Ads may collect or share:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from it
- app launches, taps, ad impressions, and rewarded-video views
- non-user-linked crash data, diagnostic information, and performance information
- Android Advertising ID (AAID), App Set ID, Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), and other applicable device or account identifiers
This information may be used for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Google states that Mobile Ads data is encrypted in transit.
Consent and tracking choices
The App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to update consent information and display a consent form where required. Privacy choices may be provided in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and applicable U.S. states. When required and available, you can review them under Privacy and Cookie Options in the App's settings.
On Apple devices, the App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before accessing IDFA for tracking. Declining consent or ATT does not prevent use of the App, although ads may be less personalized or limited. Some processing may continue for basic ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention as permitted by law.
Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The Publisher does not receive payment-card details. The App receives limited purchase and subscription information needed to complete purchases, verify access, and restore subscriptions.
Support
If you contact us, we process your email address, message, and information you choose to provide so we can respond and maintain reasonable support records.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Information is processed to operate the App, save local progress, provide custom puzzles, verify subscriptions, display and measure ads, manage consent, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with law.
Where required, the legal bases are performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the App, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by Google, Apple, email providers, and authorities when legally required. These providers may process information in other countries under their own policies and applicable transfer safeguards.

6. Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until deleted through the App, app-data controls, or the operating system. Uninstalling the App may remove local data, but backup services may later restore it.
Google, Apple, and email providers retain information under their own policies. Support messages are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, or comply with law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; request portability; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority.
You can manage applicable consent choices in the App, manage advertising identifiers in device settings, delete local custom puzzles and scores in the App, or contact ibs.litingo@gmail.com. Because the App has no accounts, the Publisher may be unable to identify data held only by a third party or on your device.
8. Security and changes
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
We may update this Policy when the App or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in the App, store listing, or update notes where reasonably practical.
