Definitions

“App” means the mobile application Art Games: Masterpieces.

“Publisher” means the legal entity/person identified in the Contact section below.

“User,” “you,” and “your” mean the person who downloads, installs, or uses the App.

“Content” means all text, images, artwork reproductions, metadata, software code, UI/design, layouts, effects, and other materials made available in or through the App.

“Store” means the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it.

Eligibility / Children

You must be at least 13 years old, or the digital-consent age in your country, to use the App. The App is not intended for children under 13. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use.

Licence Grant & Acceptable Use

The Publisher grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the App solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law:

(a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, or attempt to derive source code from the App;

(b) copy, extract, download, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, sell, or commercially exploit any App Content except as expressly allowed by the App’s functionality;

(c) use automated means, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, harvest, mine, or extract data or assets from the App;

(d) circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, subscription, entitlement, or technical measures;

(e) use cheats, exploits, or any method that disrupts gameplay, integrity, or performance;

(f) use the App in any manner that violates applicable law.

If you breach these Terms, your licence may automatically terminate and the Publisher may restrict or terminate your access, in addition to any other rights and remedies.

Subscriptions, Free Access & Payments

The App may provide a limited number of free games per day. After the daily free allowance is used, unlimited play may require an active subscription.

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription availability, pricing, introductory offers, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation rights, refunds, and eligibility are controlled by the applicable Store and may vary by country, account, device, and Store settings.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Store account settings before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription management pages. The Publisher does not directly process payments and does not control Store refund decisions.

Introductory or discounted subscription offers, when available, are determined by the applicable Store. Eligibility may be limited to users who have not previously used an introductory offer for the relevant subscription group or product.

No Ads

The current version of the App does not display third-party advertising and does not use an advertising network.

No Accounts / Local Data

The App does not require an account, username, password, or login.

Gameplay progress, daily free-game counts, scores, settings, sound preferences, and custom puzzle information may be stored locally on your device. If you create custom puzzles, selected images may be processed and stored locally on your device for use in the App.

Apple or Android backup services may preserve or restore some local data according to your device and account settings. The Publisher does not control those services.

Local data may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear storage, change devices, or due to operating-system limitations or technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not responsible for loss of local data.

Third-Party / Platform Services

The App may use platform and Store services necessary for app functionality, including Apple StoreKit, Google Play Billing, Google Play in-app updates, App Store version lookup, and external link handling. These services are provided by Apple, Google, or the operating system and are subject to their own terms and policies.

The App does not use a custom backend server for user accounts, analytics, advertising, or gameplay tracking.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, UI/design, trademarks/logos, and any original Content, are owned by or licensed to the Publisher. No rights are granted to you other than the limited licence described in these Terms.

Some artwork images and references may be in the public domain or used under licence and/or with attribution depending on the source. Where applicable, rights remain with the respective owners.

If you believe any Content infringes your rights, you may contact the Publisher with reasonable supporting information. The Publisher reserves the right to remove or restrict access to disputed Content where appropriate.

Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback, excluding confidential information, you grant the Publisher a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, modify, publish, and incorporate it into the App without compensation.

Updates, Changes & Availability

The Publisher may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature/content at any time, including gameplay rules, difficulty, layouts, daily free allowances, subscription features, pricing displays, or availability. Certain features may not be available in all regions or on all devices. Availability may be affected by Store policies, platform services, or technical constraints.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Publisher disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

(a) the Publisher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to the App;

(b) the Publisher’s total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law in your jurisdiction;

(c) some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so the above limits apply only to the extent permitted.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Publisher from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, misuse of the App, or violation of law.

Termination

The Publisher may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the App’s integrity or security. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and any provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

The Publisher may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated in-app, through Store update notes, or by updating the Terms page where reasonably feasible. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Courts of Istanbul, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or local laws grant you additional rights or require a different forum.

Severability, No Waiver & Assignment

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. The Publisher may assign these Terms and related rights or obligations; you may not assign them without the Publisher’s consent.

Store Terms

Your use of the App may also be subject to the Store’s terms and policies. If mandatory Store terms conflict with these Terms, the mandatory Store terms will control to the extent of the conflict.

Terms and Conditions

By downloading or using Art Games: Masterpieces (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is not intended for children under 13 or below the applicable digital-consent age in their country. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors.

2. Licence and acceptable use

The Publisher grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment.

You must not:

- reverse engineer or attempt to derive the App's source code except where law permits

- copy, extract, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit App content

- use bots, scrapers, cheats, exploits, or methods that disrupt the App

- bypass advertising, subscription, entitlement, security, or technical controls

- use the App unlawfully or infringe another person's rights

3. Free games, rewarded ads, and subscriptions

The App provides a limited number of free games each day. After that allowance is used, you may wait for it to reset, watch an available rewarded advertisement for additional games, or subscribe for unlimited gameplay.

Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. The localized title, duration, price, billing period, and any introductory offer displayed in the App come from the applicable Store. Store information and the purchase confirmation screen control if there is any discrepancy.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Store account before renewal. Eligibility for introductory offers is determined by the Store and may not be available to previous subscribers. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the applicable Store.

An active subscription currently provides unlimited gameplay and removes third-party ads while the subscription entitlement remains valid.

4. Advertising and privacy choices

The free version displays Google AdMob banner ads and may offer rewarded ads. Ad format, content, frequency, and availability may vary.

The App uses Google User Messaging Platform for applicable consent choices and may request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. Refusing optional consent or tracking permission does not prevent use of the App, although ads may be less personalized or limited.

Third-party advertisements and destinations are controlled by their providers. The Publisher does not endorse or guarantee them.

5. Local data and custom puzzles

Game progress, daily allowances, scores, achievements, settings, subscription state, and custom-puzzle information may be stored locally. Device backup services may preserve or restore some data. Local data may be lost after deletion, device changes, operating-system actions, or technical failure.

Images selected for My Puzzles are processed and stored locally and are not published through the App. You must have the right to use each selected image and must not use unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.

6. Intellectual property

The App, software, interface, and original content are owned by or licensed to the Publisher. Artwork reproductions may be public domain or used under applicable licences. Rights in third-party material remain with their owners.

Contact the Publisher if you believe content infringes your rights.

7. Availability and changes

The Publisher may change or discontinue features, game rules, free allowances, advertisements, subscription benefits, or content. Availability may depend on device, region, network, Store, advertising provider, or other technical conditions.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the App. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App during the three months before the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Termination

Your licence may terminate if you breach these Terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Store terms and Apple EULA

Store rules also apply. Mandatory Store terms control where they conflict with these Terms.
