Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs.
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated and added to your order’s grand total at checkout before payment is completed.
The full shipping cost will be clearly displayed prior to finalizing your purchase.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Flex Pro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
At this time we do not ship outside of United Kingdom.
If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
To process a claim, you must:
Provide your order number.
Submit clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
If the damage occurred during transit, Flex Pro will arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Flex Pro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
