You may request a refund within 28 business days from the date of delivery/pickup.
To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be undamaged, unless the issue falls under warranty.
The item must be in its original packaging.
All original accessories, cables, and included items must be returned.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Any item returned that is physically damaged (not covered under warranty), missing parts, or incomplete may not be eligible for a full refund.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Items marked as final sale.
Downloadable software or digital products.
Customized or personalized items done outside of FlexPro.
To request a refund:

Provide your order and reason for the refund request.
We will provide return instructions and the return address or time and date to return at store.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. If the issue falls under our warranty policy, we will arrange a repair or full refund at no additional cost to you.
