Payment / Purchase Data: Purchase tokens may be stored temporarily for validating transactions. These tokens are encrypted and retained only for the minimum required time.
Exception & Functional Logs: Logs related to app errors, functional improvements, blocks, and filter settings are collected to enhance performance and troubleshoot issues. Retained temporarily and securely in Firebase.
Accessibility Service Data: Used only to detect and interact with on-screen elements for automating repetitive tasks. We do not collect, store, or transmit data accessed through these services.

Data Security

All data from Accessibility Services is processed locally on your device. Usage logs, purchase tokens, and functional improvement data are stored securely in Firebase with encryption in transit and access controls. Data is retained only for the necessary duration and is never shared with third parties without consent.

We use Firebase and infiniticsolution.com servers to store and process data. These services follow industry-standard security and privacy practices.

Accessibility Services Usage

FlexGrabber requires Accessibility Services strictly to assist users by:

Detecting and interacting with on-screen elements
Reducing repetitive tapping and fatigue
Supporting users with motor or vision challenges
Automating tasks to improve efficiency

This permission is never used for advertising, unrelated data collection, or any purpose outside app functionality.

Target Users

FlexGrabber is designed for individuals with:

Motor impairments (hand fatigue, limited dexterity)
Vision challenges (eye strain, difficulty with small taps)
Physical limitations requiring reduced screen interaction

User Rights

If you are an EU or California resident, you may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting our in-app support. We will process your request promptly.
