Fleet Tycoon ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile simulation game developed by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a display name (company name) that you choose. This information is used solely for authentication and in-game identification.

Game Data:

We store your game progress, including fleet information, financial data, achievements, and statistics on our secure cloud servers (Supabase) to enable cross-device syncing and leaderboard functionality.

Advertising Data:

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- To provide and maintain the game service

Your data is stored on Supabase cloud servers with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only with:

- Supabase (cloud database provider) for data storage

- Google AdMob (advertising partner) for ad delivery

6. IN-APP MESSAGING

Fleet Tycoon includes an optional messaging feature that allows players to send direct messages to other players. Messages are stored on our servers and are visible only to the sender and recipient. We reserve the right to moderate messages to maintain a safe environment.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Fleet Tycoon is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

8. IN-APP PURCHASES

Fleet Tycoon may offer in-app purchases. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

You may:

- Request deletion of your account and all associated data

- Reset your game data from the Settings menu

- Contact us to request access to your stored data

10. DATA RETENTION

We retain your game data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
