Welcome to FlareDate IM (the "App"), an instant messaging (IM) and social application. This Privacy Policy describes how Aleeha Nawaz ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of FlareDate IM, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our App.

The FlareDate IM App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold as required by applicable local law, such as 16 in some European countries). If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the relevant age without verification of parental consent (where required), we will take steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us.
