Tatty Bird ("the App", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. WHAT DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

The App does NOT collect any personal information that can identify you directly, including but not limited to:

• Your name, email address, phone number or postal address

• Your contacts, photos, files or other content stored on your device

• Your payment information or financial data

• Your precise GPS location (unless you grant permission to another app sharing its SDK environment)

The App does not require registration and does not create user accounts.

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

To improve the game and fix technical issues, we use a third-party analytics service called Yandex AppMetrica, provided by Yandex LLC. AppMetrica automatically collects the following technical information:

• A random anonymized device identifier (not your personal ID, phone number, or advertising ID)

• Device information: model, operating system version, screen resolution, language and timezone settings

• App usage data: session duration, game events (such as "game started" or "game over"), score achieved and coins earned

• Crash and error reports with technical context (device model, OS version, stack trace)

• Approximate location derived from your IP address (country and city level only, never precise coordinates)

• IP address (processed in hashed form and not stored permanently)

All data collected by AppMetrica is aggregated and anonymized — it cannot be used to identify you personally.

3. HOW WE USE THE COLLECTED DATA

The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Understanding how players interact with the game

• Identifying and fixing bugs, crashes and performance issues

• Measuring the popularity of game features

• Improving the overall quality and stability of the App

We do NOT sell, rent, trade or otherwise share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates the following third-party SDK:

• Yandex AppMetrica (analytics and crash reporting)

Data collected by AppMetrica may be transferred to and processed in the Russian Federation and other countries where Yandex operates. Yandex complies with applicable data protection legislation.

5. LOCAL DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

The App stores the following information locally on your device using SharedPreferences:

• Your in-game coin balance

• Your best score

This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted over the Internet, and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings.

6. ADVERTISING

The App does NOT display advertisements, does not use advertising SDKs, and does not track users for advertising purposes.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13 beyond the anonymous technical analytics described in Section 2. Parents who believe their child has provided personal information to us may contact us to request deletion.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to:

• Request access to the data collected about you

• Request deletion of your data

• Object to or restrict the processing of your data

• Withdraw consent to analytics collection (by uninstalling the App or disabling analytics via your device settings)

Because AppMetrica data is aggregated and anonymized, individual records cannot be linked back to a specific user and therefore cannot be individually deleted. Uninstalling the App stops all further data collection.

9. DATA SECURITY

Data transmitted between your device and AppMetrica servers is protected using industry-standard TLS encryption. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data against unauthorized access, alteration or destruction.

10. DATA RETENTION

Anonymous analytics data is retained by Yandex AppMetrica for a period necessary to provide the service, after which it is automatically aggregated or deleted. Local data on your device is retained until you uninstall the App or clear its data.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be made available inside the App with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
