Positive Communication: Engage with others in a constructive and positive manner. Listen actively, and address any concerns with instructors or directors directly.
Safety and Well-being: Maintain a safe environment for everyone. Be aware of your surroundings, avoid unsafe behavior, and notify instructors of any potential hazards.
Focus and Participation: Arrive on time, come prepared, and actively participate in class activities as you are able.
Inclusivity: We celebrate diversity and welcome everyone to explore flamenco.
Unacceptable Behavior:
Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of any kind.
Physical or verbal aggression.
Disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning environment.
Discrimination or offensive language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or ability.
Consequences:
We reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct, including verbal warnings, temporary or permanent suspension from classes or activities, and potential expulsion from Flamenco Tulsa.
Reporting Concerns:
If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this code, please report it immediately to an instructor or director. All reports will be handled confidentially with discretion.
