Zyvora operates the mobile application Flags World: Quiz & Map (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. AGE RATING AND INTENDED AUDIENCE

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above (13-18+). The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.

2. NO LOGIN, NO ACCOUNT, NO PERSONAL DETAILS

The App does not have any login or account creation system. We do not collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. There is no ranking, leaderboard, or profile system that shares your identity with other users or with us.

3. GAME PROGRESS, COIN SYSTEM & HEART SYSTEM

The App includes a virtual coin system and a heart (lives) system used for gameplay:

- Coins are earned through gameplay and can be used to unlock hints, features, or continue after a wrong answer. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot currently be purchased with real money.

- Hearts represent your lives/attempts in quiz modes. They regenerate over time or can be restored through gameplay rewards (and, in a future update, optionally through rewarded ads).

The App stores your game progress locally on your device, including:

- Coin balance and heart count

- Quiz scores and best results

- Completed levels/regions

This data stays on your device and is not linked to any personal identity. You can delete this data at any time using the delete/reset option available within the App, by clearing the App's data/cache from your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.

4. FIREBASE CRASHLYTICS

We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect, diagnose, and fix app crashes and technical issues. This service may automatically collect:

- Device information (model, OS version, manufacturer)

- App version and crash logs

- Device identifiers

- Stack traces at the time of a crash

This information helps us improve app stability and fix bugs. It is not used to personally identify you.

5. FIREBASE ANALYTICS

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App, including:

- Screens/pages visited within the App

- Features and game modes used

- Session duration and frequency of use

- General device and location information (country-level, not precise location)

This data is used in aggregate form to improve app performance, content, and user experience.

6. APP PERMISSIONS

The App requests the following permissions:

- INTERNET — required to load content, sync Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics data, and (in future updates) display ads

- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — used to check network connectivity so the App can function correctly online and offline

The App does not request permissions for camera, contacts, location, storage, microphone, or any other sensitive device features.

7. ADVERTISING (PLANNED FOR A FUTURE UPDATE)

The App does not currently display ads. In a future update, we plan to add advertising through Google AdMob, including:

- Rewarded ads — optional ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-app rewards (coins, extra hearts, hints, etc.)

- Interstitial ads — full-screen ads shown at natural transition points in the App

- Personalized ads — ads tailored based on your interests, using an advertising identifier

When ads are added, Google AdMob (and its partner networks) may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), IP address, and general usage data to serve and measure ads. Where required, we will request your consent for personalized advertising in compliance with applicable law. This Privacy Policy will be updated at that time with full details, and users will be notified through an in-app notice or Play Store update.

8. IN-APP PURCHASES (PLANNED FOR A FUTURE UPDATE)

The App does not currently offer in-app purchases. In a future update, we may add in-app purchases (such as removing ads or purchasing coins/hearts) processed securely through Google Play Billing. We will not directly collect or store your payment card details — this will be handled by Google Play. This Privacy Policy will be updated when this feature is introduced.

9. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. The only data processors involved are:

- Google Firebase (Crashlytics and Analytics)

- Google AdMob (once advertising is added in a future update)

- Google Play Billing (once in-app purchases are added in a future update)

10. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through Firebase and other Google services, which are stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. YOUR CHOICES

- You can delete your local game progress at any time using the delete/reset option built into the App, via your device's App settings ("Clear Data" / "Clear Cache"), or by uninstalling the App.

- You can limit ad personalization through your device's system-level ad settings (once ads are introduced).

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when new features such as advertising or in-app purchases are added. We will update the "Effective Date" above when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
