Terms and Conditions

The user is responsible for any use of the application and/or any other medium provided by FJDSoft, whether personally or through their account.
The use of the applications and/or any other service provided by FJDSoft implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

General Use

Our goal is to create a positive, useful, and safe experience for users.
Certain behaviors that may be harmful to other users or to us are strictly prohibited.
When using the Site or the Services, the user must not:

• Violate any law or regulation.

• Infringe or unlawfully appropriate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of third parties.

• Communicate, upload, or make available any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, invasive, hateful,
  racist, or otherwise damaging to third parties.

• Send unauthorized or promotional communications (spam).

• Collect personal data from other users.

• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the services.

• Stalk, harass, or harm other persons.

• Impersonate another individual or entity, or engage in fraudulent activity.

• Use crawling or scraping methods to extract information from the site or application.

• Attempt to decrypt, decompile, or reverse-engineer any software or code.

• Use the services in any manner not permitted by these Terms.

• Encourage, incite, or assist any third party to perform any of the actions mentioned above.

Updates

FJDSoft periodically provides new versions of the application to incorporate new features and fix issues.
Users are encouraged to always keep the app updated.
If a user ignores three (3) or more updates, they may experience limited functionality or incompatibility with newer versions.

Account Limitation (if applicable)

FJDSoft reserves the right to warn or restrict user accounts for violating these Terms or for the following reasons:

• Participating in multiple events or tournaments without actual activity.

• Abandoning matches or interactions midway.

• Repeatedly refusing to participate in assigned activities.

• Using multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

• Publicly discrediting the application or FJDSoft.

• Promoting conflicts or harassment toward other users.

• Communicating with FJDSoft or its representatives in a disrespectful manner through any medium.

Suggestions

FJDSoft allows users to submit suggestions or report errors.
Providing detailed information helps us resolve issues more efficiently.
If you wish to send screenshots or longer messages, you may do so via email at fjdsoft@gmail.com.
FJDSoft is not obligated to respond to such messages.
In cases of disrespectful or inappropriate use of communication channels, FJDSoft may restrict or suspend the user’s access to the application.

Content

The use of the site, services, and content is at the user’s own risk.
FJDSoft informs users that user-generated content is not moderated.
We work with our users to enforce these Terms, including the removal of inappropriate or questionable content.
We reserve the right to remove any user content at our sole discretion.

When using our chat features, please take the following precautions:

• If you are a minor, use the chat only under the supervision of a responsible adult.

• Do not share personal information (address, phone number, email, financial data, etc.).

• Be aware that other users may provide false information about their identity or location.
  
  

Use our chat system only for casual communication and to help grow our community.
If you feel offended or believe another user has misused the chat, please contact FJDSoft via the suggestion section or email fjdsoft@gmail.com.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

FJDSoft and/or its developers are not responsible for any loss of information, data, or configurations that may occur as a result of system errors, device failures, misuse, updates, service interruptions, or any other technical or human causes.
The user assumes full responsibility for backups, passwords, and all data stored or used within the application.
Use of the application is entirely at the user’s own risk.
FJDSoft does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or data integrity.

Under no circumstances shall FJDSoft be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the application or its services.

Premium Users

Premium users will always receive a response through the suggestions or error-reporting section.
A premium user is defined as anyone who maintains proper conduct and has not been subject to account restrictions or violations of the terms described in the “Account Limitation” section.
