Fix Track (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a mobile app used by clients to view exercise reminders and send short status notes to their trainer. Fix Track is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Account & Contact Information: name, email address (for account creation and sign-in).
Exercise & Notes Data: daily exercise reminders and short text notes you submit about how you feel or progress.
App Activity & Diagnostics: basic usage events, crash reports, and performance data.
Device Info: device model, OS version, and identifiers used by Firebase services.
We do not collect photos, voice messages, or videos.
Provide core features (sign-in, exercise reminders, sending/receiving notes).
Show your trainer the notes you choose to share with them.
Maintain safety and reliability (diagnostics, crash reporting).
Improve the app experience (aggregate analytics).
We process data to perform the service you request (contract), with your consent (e.g., analytics), and for legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention.
We do not sell your data. We share only with:
Your trainer (app admin) so they can read your notes and manage your exercise reminders.
Service providers that operate our infrastructure (e.g., Google Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics).
Authorities if required by law.
We do not share your data with healthcare providers or insurers.
Encryption in transit.
Access controls restricted to authorized personnel.
Regular reviews of our security practices.
No method is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your information.
Account & contact info: kept while your account is active.
Exercise & notes data: kept while your account is active or until you or your trainer delete it.
Diagnostics & analytics: typically retained by Firebase for operational periods (e.g., up to 90 days for certain logs).
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within 30 days unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
You can:

Opt out of analytics where supported by your device settings.
Fix Track is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children under 13.
We use Firebase by Google; data may be processed on servers located outside your country. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
