Shops to list and sell their products

Navigate to Settings 4. Tap on "Delete My Account" 5. Confirm the deletion What Gets Deleted Immediately: ✅ Your name and personal information ✅ Phone number and login credentials ✅ Delivery addresses ✅ Order history and purchase records ✅ Chat messages and conversations ✅ Saved preferences and settings
We retain your data for as long as:
Your account is active
Required for legal or business purposes (e.g., financial records for tax compliance)
After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days for backup and fraud prevention purposes.

Quality, safety, or legality of products sold by shops
Disputes between customers and shops
Actions of third-party users
Service interruptions or technical issues
Transactions are between customers and shops. FixNexo facilitates but does not guarantee outcomes.
