FIXHOME AI - PRIVACY POLICY
1. Data Storage and Local Storage
FixHome AI prioritizes user privacy. Your saved devices, model info, and chat history with AI are stored entirely in your device's local memory. This data is not transferred to or stored in any central database on our side.
2. Authentication and Account Data
When using the app with 'Guest Login,' no personal data is collected. If you sign in with Google, your email and profile name are processed via secure Firebase infrastructure only to manage your session and create a profile for you.
3. AI Operations
Google Vertex AI (Gemini) is used for malfunction diagnoses. Text-based questions and photos taken for analysis are processed only to generate the current solution. This data is not stored by us.
4. Ads and Third-Party Services
The app uses Google AdMob to show ads. Ad services may use your device's anonymous advertising ID to provide more relevant ads.
5. Deleting Data
If you delete the app, all local data (devices and chats) stored on your phone is automatically deleted.
