本プライバシーポリシーは、Toshihiro Nakao（以下「開発者」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「Fixee」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めたものです。

1. 利用者情報の取得と利用目的

本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の収集を最小限に留めています。

1.1. 入力データ（固定費・サブスクリプション情報） 本アプリに入力されたカテゴリ、金額、支払いスケジュール、メモなどのデータは、お客様の端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。開発者がこれらのデータをサーバー等へ送信・収集・閲覧することはありません。

1.2. バックアップデータ 本アプリには、JSONファイル形式でデータをエクスポート・インポートする機能があります。このファイルはお客様自身の操作により管理されるものであり、開発者がその内容に関与することはありません。

2. 外部送信・第三者提供

本アプリは、原則として利用者情報を外部へ送信しません。ただし、以下の機能に関連して、OSまたはプラットフォーム提供者のシステムを利用する場合があります。

2.1. アプリ内課金（StoreKit） プレミアムプランの購入・復元処理には、Apple Inc.が提供する決済システム（StoreKit）を利用しています。クレジットカード情報などの決済情報はAppleによって管理され、開発者がこれらを直接保持することはありません。開発者は、購入状況（有効有無）のみを確認します。

2.2. 通知（UserNotifications） 支払いのリマインダー機能を提供するために、端末のローカル通知機能を使用します。通知の内容やスケジュールは端末内で処理され、外部サーバーを経由することはありません。

3. 情報収集モジュール

本アプリには、広告配信ツールや、ユーザーの行動を追跡・解析する第三者の情報収集モジュール（Google Analytics、Firebaseなど）は組み込まれていません。

4. iCloudバックアップについて

お客様がiOS端末の設定で「iCloudバックアップ」を有効にしている場合、本アプリのデータ（UserDefaultsに保存されたデータ）はAppleのiCloudサーバーにバックアップされる可能性があります。これはiOSのシステム機能によるものであり、Appleのプライバシーポリシーに従って管理されます。

5. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本アプリのバージョンアップに伴い、本プライバシーポリシーの内容を変更する場合があります。変更が行われた際は、本アプリ内またはサポートページにて通知します。

This Privacy Policy describes how Toshihiro Nakao ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our iOS application, Fixee (the "App").

1. Information Collection and Use

We prioritize your privacy. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data on our servers.

1.1. Local Data Storage All data entered into the App, including fixed expenses, categories, amounts, schedules, and notes, is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and the device's internal storage. We do not have access to this data, nor do we transmit it to any external servers.

1.2. Backups The App allows you to export and import data via JSON files. The management of these files is solely your responsibility. We do not collect or view the contents of these backup files.

2. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. However, we utilize the following services provided by Apple Inc. to function:

2.1. In-App Purchases (StoreKit) We use Apple's StoreKit framework for processing payments for the Premium Plan. All financial transactions are handled directly by Apple. We do not process or store your credit card information or billing details. We only receive a receipt or status confirmation to unlock the premium features.

2.2. Notifications The App uses Local Notifications to send payment reminders. These notifications are scheduled and processed entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.

3. Analytics and Advertising

The App does not contain any third-party tracking, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase), or advertising SDKs. We do not track your behavior across other apps or websites.

4. iCloud Backups

If you have "iCloud Backup" enabled on your device settings, the data stored within the App may be backed up to Apple’s iCloud servers. This process is managed by the iOS operating system and is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
