These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“you”) and Marco Wopkes, von-Hirschberg-Str. 15, 91301, Forchheim, Germany (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the "5-Minute Relationship Repair" mobile application (the “Service”). By using our Service and the associated website, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose of the Service and Disclaimer

The Service does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. It solely offers suggestions for self-reflection and the improvement of interpersonal relationships based on the book "Five-Minute Relationship Repair" by Susan Campbell, PhD, and John Grey, PhD.

Use of the content and the app is at your own risk. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. If you are experiencing emotional distress or serious relationship problems, we strongly encourage you to seek professional help. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app.

2. Intellectual Property and Copyright

This app was developed with the explicit permission and in collaboration with the authors Susan Campbell and John Grey. All content is based on their book "Five-Minute Relationship Repair: Quickly Heal Upsets, Deepen Intimacy, and Use Differences to Strengthen Love" and is used with their permission. The app's content may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written consent.

2. Your Content and Responsibility 

 You have the ability to input your own content, such as personal pictures and texts ("Love Statements"), into the app. You retain all ownership rights to your content. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to store and display this content exclusively on your device for the purpose of providing the app's functionality. The app offers an export feature that allows you to back up and transfer your data. You are responsible for the security of the data you choose to export.

3. Subscriptions, Trial, and Cancellation

The app offers an auto-renewing subscription to provide you with unlimited access to the Service. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your Apple ID / Google Play Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase.

The subscription includes a free trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription price. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the app after such a change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app if you breach these Terms of Use.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Germany. The place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, shall be Forchheim.

7. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
