Welcome to FitWorth. Your privacy and the security of your personal data are our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your information when you use the FitWorth application.
Because FitWorth tracks sensitive personal finance and health information, we have built this app from the ground up with a strict "Privacy First" and "Offline First" philosophy.
FitWorth allows you to input and track two main types of data:
Financial Data: Expense logs, categories, amounts, and notes.
Health Data: Height, weight, and Body Mass Index (BMI) calculations.
Local Storage Only: All data you enter into FitWorth is stored exclusively and securely on your local device using an SQLite database. We do not upload, sync, or transmit any of your personal, financial, or health data to cloud servers, external databases, or third-party services. Your data is yours alone.
No Internet Required: FitWorth functions 100% offline. You do not need an internet connection to log expenses, calculate BMI, or view your history charts.
Ad-Free Experience: FitWorth contains strictly no advertisements. We do not use ad-tracking SDKs, analytics trackers, or profiling tools of any kind.
FitWorth is designed to be lightweight and non-intrusive. The app does not require any special permissions to operate.
No access to your camera or microphone.
No access to your contacts.
No access to your location (GPS).
No access to your personal files or media storage.
Because your data never leaves your device, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone. There are no third-party integrations or analytics engines operating behind the scenes.
Your data's security is inherently tied to the security of your physical device. Since FitWorth stores data locally:
We strongly recommend utilizing your device’s built-in security features (such as PIN codes, passwords, facial recognition, or fingerprint locks) to protect the information stored within the app.
If you choose to back up your device using your OS's native backup services (e.g., Google Drive for Android, iCloud for iOS), your app data may be included in those encrypted backups according to your device settings.
You have complete control over your data. You can edit or delete specific expense entries or BMI records directly within the app's History fragment. If you wish to delete all data permanently, you can simply clear the app's data in your device settings or uninstall the FitWorth application.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time if we introduce new features (for example, if we eventually add an optional local backup export feature). Any changes will be reflected in an updated policy within the app.
