Tap the "+" button to start a new workout. Select an exercise, enter your sets, weight, and reps, then save the exercise. Continue adding exercises until your workout is complete, then tap "Finish Workout."
Select a bodyweight exercise from the exercise list and enter your reps as normal. The app automatically handles bodyweight movements and streamlines the logging process for faster workout tracking.
Open your workout history and select the workout you would like to modify. The exercises will open back in the logging section. Scroll up to see them. From there, you can update exercises, sets, weights, and reps.
Open your workout history, locate the workout you would like to remove, and use the delete (garbage can) option.
The app includes progress charts, personal records tracking, workout history, and dashboard statistics to help you monitor improvements over time.
Send an email to thefitnessapp.support@gmail.com with details about the issue or feature request. If reporting a bug, please include your device model and iOS version if possible.
