Welcome to FitMeet.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FitMeet mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by FitMeet ("FitMeet", "we", "our", or "us").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use FitMeet.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 16 years old;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
We do not knowingly allow users under 16 years old to create accounts.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using an email address and password.
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• All activities that occur under your account;
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
You may not:
• Share your account with others;
• Sell or transfer your account;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Access accounts that do not belong to you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. The Service
FitMeet provides tools and social features related to:
• Outfit tracking and outfit archives;
• Outfit posts and style journals;
• Explore discovery feed;
• User profiles and social interactions;
• Following, likes, comments, and engagement features;
• Style DNA insights;
• Outfit Coach recommendations;
• Monthly Recap summaries;
• FitMeet Pro subscriptions;
• FitMeet Coin purchases.
Features may change, be modified, or removed over time without prior notice.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload through the Service, including:
• Local outfit records;
• Outfit posts shared to community features;
• Photos and cover images;
• Profile information;
• Style preferences;
• Style DNA selections;
• Comments and replies;
• Reports and feedback.
Personal outfit records are primarily stored locally on your device. If you delete or reinstall the app, or clear local app data, local outfit records may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable.
Content that you choose to publish to Explore or other community features may be stored on FitMeet backend systems and may be visible to other users.
By submitting or publishing content to community features, you grant FitMeet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote such content solely for operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
• You own the content you upload or have permission to share it;
• Your content does not violate the rights of others;
• Your content complies with applicable laws.
You are solely responsible for content you create, upload, publish, or share through the Service.
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or may harm users or the Service.
5. Explore and Community Features
FitMeet includes social and discovery features such as:
• Explore Feed;
• User Profiles;
• Following;
• Likes;
• Comments.
Content you choose to make public may be visible to other users through these features.
You are solely responsible for content you publish and interactions with other users.
We are not responsible for user-generated content or user behavior.
Users may report content or accounts that violate these Terms.
FitMeet reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of the community.
6. Community Standards
FitMeet is a style-focused social platform.
You agree not to post, upload, or share content that:
• Promotes violence or illegal activity;
• Contains harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech;
• Is sexually explicit or exploitative;
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Is misleading, fraudulent, spam, or harmful;
• Contains malicious software or harmful code;
• Impersonates another person or entity.
We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
7. FitMeet Pro Subscriptions
FitMeet offers optional paid features through Apple In-App Purchases, including:
• Weekly FitMeet Pro;
• Monthly FitMeet Pro;
• Quarterly FitMeet Pro.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
FitMeet Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your Apple ID account settings.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings after purchase.
Pricing, billing terms, and free trial terms displayed in the App Store take precedence over promotional descriptions displayed within the Service.
Deleting your FitMeet account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple ID subscription settings.
8. Restore Purchases
If you previously purchased a subscription or eligible in-app purchase, you may restore your purchases using the Restore Purchases feature.
Purchase validation may require communication with Apple and our backend systems.
9. FitMeet Coins
FitMeet offers consumable Coin purchases.
FitMeet Coins are digital credits that may be used to unlock selected premium features, including:
• Outfit Coach recommendations;
• Monthly Recap generation;
• Other premium features introduced in the future.
Coins:
• Have no cash value;
• Are not redeemable for money;
• Are non-transferable between users;
• Are non-refundable except where required by law.
Unused Coins may be forfeited when an account is deleted or terminated.
10. Device Permissions
FitMeet may request access to:
• Camera;
• Photo Library;
• Microphone;
• Notifications;
• App Tracking Transparency, where applicable.
These permissions are used for:
• Capturing outfit photos;
• Recording personal outfit videos;
• Selecting media from your device;
• Creating cover images;
• Managing outfit records;
• Profile customization;
• Daily outfit reminders;
• Feature updates;
• Community activity notifications;
• Measuring campaign performance and improving style discovery.
You may revoke permissions through your device settings at any time, although some features may no longer function properly.
Video Storage
Videos recorded within FitMeet may include audio captured through your device microphone.
Video files remain stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to FitMeet servers.
Only a generated thumbnail or cover image may be uploaded and displayed within the Service.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, or harmful content;
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Upload malicious software or harmful code;
• Use bots, automation, scraping tools, or unauthorized scripts;
• Interfere with the security, operation, or stability of the Service;
• Circumvent subscriptions, Coin systems, or payment mechanisms;
• Abuse reporting, moderation, or community systems.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if:
• You violate these Terms;
• Your activity poses risks to other users or the Service;
• We are required to do so by law.
You may delete your account through the FitMeet application.
When your account is deleted:
• Your profile information may be removed;
• Community content published to Explore may be deleted or anonymized;
• Your comments and community interactions may be removed or anonymized;
• Your Style DNA information and preferences stored in backend systems may be deleted where applicable;
• Any unused FitMeet Coins may be forfeited;
• Active subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Personal outfit records stored locally on your device are not stored as backend account data. These local records may be removed by deleting the app, reinstalling the app, clearing local app data, or deleting them within the app where available.
Some backend information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, security purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.
Deleted information may not be recoverable.
13. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, logos, design elements, graphics, and content provided by FitMeet, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
14. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
• The Service will always be available;
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• Data will never be lost;
• Any specific results or outcomes will be achieved.
Style insights, Outfit Coach recommendations, and Monthly Recap features are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional fashion, styling, or personal advice.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitMeet shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages;
• Consequential damages;
• Loss of profits;
• Loss of goodwill;
• Loss of data;
• Service interruptions;
• User-generated content or user conduct.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to FitMeet during the twelve months preceding the claim.
16. Changes to These Terms of Use
We may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
