Privacy Policy for Fitlings

This Privacy Policy explains how RY Games ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the mobile game Fitlings (the "Game," package name com.rygames.fitlings). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect your name, email address, phone number, or other information that directly identifies you.
The Game and the third-party advertising services it uses may automatically collect:
Advertising identifiers (e.g., the Google Advertising ID / AD_ID)
IP address, used to derive approximate, non-precise location (city/region level) — we do not collect GPS or other precise location data
Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, language, country/region, network type, and similar diagnostic data
App activity related to advertising, such as ads shown, ad interactions, and basic performance/session data
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Your game progress and settings (e.g., completed levels, stars, coins, sound and vibration preferences) are stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to us and is permanently removed if you uninstall the Game.
3. Advertising & Third-Party Partners
The Game is free and supported by ads, served through the Yodo1 MAS mediation platform. Yodo1 manages the advertising network relationships on our behalf and connects the Game to third-party advertising networks, which may use the advertising identifiers and device information described in Section 1 to deliver and measure ads — including personalized (interest-based) ads, where you have consented or where permitted by law.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA / UK Users)
Where the GDPR applies, we and our advertising partners rely on: your consent (for personalized advertising, collected via Google's User Messaging Platform consent form shown on first launch in applicable regions), and legitimate interests (for fraud prevention, security, and basic analytics). You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 7.

6. International Data Transfers
Our advertising partners may process information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as described in each partner's own privacy policy linked in Section 3.
7. Your Choices & Rights
All users: Reset or limit your advertising ID on Android via Settings > Privacy > Ads, to delete/reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization.
EEA / UK users (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we do not hold an account-linked identity for you, these rights are exercised at the device level (above) or directly with the relevant advertising partner.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): the advertising identifiers in Section 1 may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information under California law when used for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at the device level as described above. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of California residents under 16 without required consent.
Note: consent is collected by Google's User Messaging Platform consent form, shown on first launch in regions where consent is legally required, and by your device's advertising ID settings. The Game does not currently include a separate in-app menu to reopen that form.
8. Children's Privacy
Fitlings is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details in Section 14 and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. Information is shared only with the advertising and analytics service providers described in Section 3, who process it according to their own privacy policies.
10. Data Retention
On-device game data is kept until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Information collected by advertising partners is retained according to their respective privacy policies.
11. Security
We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Data Deletion Requests
Fitlings does not require an account and does not store personally identifying data on our own servers. Your game progress is stored only on your device and is permanently removed when you uninstall the app.
To request deletion of any data associated with your use of Fitlings:

If you want advertising-related data removed, include your device's Advertising ID
We will process your request within 30 days
Data deleted: on-device game data (removed on uninstall) and any advertising/usage identifiers associated with your request that we or our partners hold.
Data kept: aggregated, non-identifying information may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
