FitForge is an offline-first fitness app. The information you enter is stored locally on your own device. We do not operate a server that collects your personal data, we do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell your data.
2. Information the App Stores
To provide its features, FitForge lets you enter and save the following information:
Profile information: such as age, sex, height, weight, fitness goals, training preferences, and experience level.
Workout data: workout sessions, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, and training history.
Nutrition data: meals and food logs, calories, and macronutrient information you enter.
Body measurements and progress: weight, body measurements, and progress entries.
Hydration data: the amount of water you log.
App settings: language and other preferences.
All of this information is provided by you voluntarily and is used only to give you the App’s features, such as tracking progress, building workout plans, and showing statistics.
3. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored only on your device, using the device’s local storage. It is not uploaded to our servers, because we do not have servers that receive your fitness data. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, this information is permanently deleted and we cannot recover it.

6. Third-Party Services
FitForge does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services at the time of this policy. If this changes in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy and the information in the App’s store listing before the change takes effect.
The operating system and app store you use (Google Android and Google Play) may collect their own data according to their own policies, independently of FitForge.
7. Permissions
FitForge only requests the device permissions that are necessary for its features. Any permission requested is used only for the purpose shown to you when it is requested, and you can revoke it at any time from your device settings.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
You are in full control of your data:
Reset all data: you can erase all the information saved by the App at any time from Profile > Reset all data.
Uninstall: removing the App from your device deletes all locally stored data.
Because we do not store your data on any server, we have no copies to delete on our side.
9. Data Security
Your data stays on your device and is protected by your device’s own security features (such as screen lock and encryption). We recommend that you keep your device secured with a PIN, password, or biometric lock. No method of storage or electronic transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
FitForge is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not transmit data to us, we do not receive any information from any user. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the App in a way that concerns you, please contact us.
11. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
FitForge provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance from a doctor, dietitian, or qualified trainer. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You use the App’s workout and nutrition suggestions at your own risk.
12. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, images, videos, and code, is owned by the Developer and is protected by copyright law. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish the App or its content without written permission.
13. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it. Since your data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise these rights directly inside the App. If you have any question about your rights, you can contact us at any time.
